OMG I got a bad review, what to do?

Let's just say, after receiving several Great reviews for my novella, it kind of stings when someone posts a low rating on the story. What I had to do, after contemplating my life choices, I reviewed what was said and wrote down the issues this individual had with the story so in the next installment, I correct the problem, so the reader has a great experience. This is my logic, what do you think? Let me know.
